We have added a dual electronic signature capture that places both signatures in an Excel spreadsheet as proof of transfer. Those signatures are doubly encrypted in a manner where if the spreadsheet is altered in any way the signatures disappear. TCMax provides means to not only track evidence and track the return to the owner or the destruction of the evidence but it also tracks suspects and their relation to other cases. It does this with our usual simple user interface, scanning barcodes. Option for evidence tracking automatically changes main screen captions to reflect the needs of law enforcement
